Justin Bieber and Bon Jovi are at the center of a new complaint from a fan of New York, claiming concert promoters AEG Live to intentionally withheld tickets for concerts artists to sell to brokers .
Jessica Pollard hit bosses of big business event with a suit claiming they violate the law against consumer fraud New Jersey, a law that prohibits developers to keep more than five per cent of tickets for a single concert or a sporting event.
According to legal documents obtained. Pollard said she was forced to pay inflated prices for tickets to a Bon Jovi concert in 2010 and a Bieber show in 2013 because AEG Live executives have kept more five per cent of tickets available for both events to sell directly to dealers who in turn sold them at prices largely inflated.
Pollard sues on behalf of the participants of the two concerts Bieber and Bon Jovi.
